The Griffiths

I met the Griffith family a few years ago in church, and we have been good friends since.  I babysit for them occasionally, and one time I decided to take my camera and get some photos. They are such fun kids.

I love you kiddos :)

The bigger kids were playing basketball, so Macy and I had a little photo shoot. :)

Oh the places you'll go

Here is a look at some of my travels while studying in Europe

Parigi - Paris

Grecia  - Greece
My study buddy, Nicole, and I went to Athens to see Acropolis and then the Isle of Andros

If you look to the back of the photo, you can see Acropolis brightly lit on the hill

A self portrait of what I did best while at Andros :)

All the taxis lined up at the Athens Airport

Venezia - Venice

Roma - Rome

Pisa

Cinque Terre - (means five towns)

Little baby in a big pool

Esther came over for some pool time, and I couldn't let the opportunity to get a few shots pass. She was having such a blast!

After pool time, we had dinner together and then Esther enjoyed a banana for dessert.

John and Katie

6.7.08 -

My friend Nicole Williams and I had the opportunity to drive down to Gainesville, Florida to photograph our very first wedding.  Although anxious for the wedding to be over, after a long day of insane Florida heat, I left with more energy and excitement about pursuing photography as a career than I have ever felt before.  This wedding was a fun experience and I am so glad to be able to share it on my blog.

Katie was a beautiful bride.  She too is a photographer, so being in front of the camera came very naturally for her.

John and Katie stopped for a kiss after the ceremony was over.

Here are a few detail shots from the wedding:
